Pressure Regulating Valves

Caltherm Pressure Regulating Valves are used where the magnitude and/or variation of fluid pressure need to be controlled. These valves modulate flow on a continuous basis. A typical application is to control the fluid in an oil delivery system. Pressure Regulating Valves regulate the fluid pressure delivered from the oil pump to a controlled level as well as reducing the variation of the fluid pressure going to the engine. The actual flow through the valve returns to the pump.

All of Caltherm's Pressure Regulating Valves are rigorously tested to ensure maximum cycle life as well as specified leak characteristics.  Each style of valve may be tailored to any size opening or pressure specification. Caltherm engineers can also custom design a valve for your own particular application.
