| Pressure Relief
Valve |
| CT 4064 |
|
|
|
| The Pressure Relief Valve shown is used |
| where a
normally closed by-pass port is |
| required to
allow flow under conditions of |
| excessive
pressure buildup. |
| Typical applications include any flow |
| passage that can potentially
become |
| restricted. Flow may
consist of air, fuel, |
| coolant or
oils. The Pressure Relief Valve |
| allows
by-pass flow only under conditions of |
| this over-pressure, thus
preventing the |
| buildup of
pressures that could cause damage |
| to a cooler,
radiator, hydraulic tubes, hoses, |
| fittings,
etc. |
|
| This style may be tailored to fit almost any |
| size
opening and cracking/relief pressure. |
